Our mundane and boring registered name is Training Initiatives Ltd, but we prefer to be known as our trading name - TIGERS - a company that assists learners and clients to prosper in the business jungle by planning and seeking fresh skills and development that keeps them ahead of the competition (pack).
We are a relatively new business that brings no baggage, but a vision, and commitment to ensure all products and services are current, innovative and relevant to learners and clients needs.

TIGERS do a variety of training programmes that emphasises our aim of delivering "training leading to meaningful employment" as an effective contributor to social and economic development. We build customised training programmes that meet the needs of employers by meeting job creation and retention. The company have developed customised awards for two of our major clients in the facilities management and call centre industry, and have been charged to create over 100 job ready people for our call centre client and over 80 for our facilities management client during 2002.
TIGERS have a bright, modern business and training facilities that allow learners to express themselves in an environment that encourages the learner to make mistakes in safety. We have four training suites. An Information Technology suite with 20 computers and the latest software, and a dedicated Call Centre training suite to meet the demands of the industry. Our two other training suites assist in the delivery of our selective training programmes (list of courses attached).
TIGERS do it by promoting a train and gain ethic that allows learners to make mistakes in safety and maximise full skills learning that leads to jobs, or upskills the existing workforce to make companies and employees strongly competitive.
It is imperative that learners fully enjoy the experience of learning, whilst gaining new skills that they wish to attain. We take immense pride in "knowing our client" and meeting their needs.
Importance is placed on connecting the sectors - public, voluntary, education and private; by establishing meaningful partnerships that actually improve our delivery and add value to people.
