John Gibson is the Managing Director of TIGERS and along with Jim McVicar are the company owners.

I have 30 years experience in Financial Services where I gained strong management skills together with a wide range of network contacts. We built this business from scratch and involve all our staff in the development of the business - TIGERS is their business, and as a result they care about what happens to learners and our clients.

TIGERS manage our business through our staff, a business philosophy I firmly believe and action.

Jim McVicar is a Director of TIGERS and sole owner of the James McVicar Printing Works, which has a turnover of one million and rising each year.

I have a proven track record of business start up and development and bring those qualities to TIGERS.

My years in business have brought me varied and meaningful business contacts throughout industry and commerce.

Clive Harman is the Training Director here at TIGERS and has been in a training environment for over thirty years, both as a freelance trainer/consultant and lately in the employ of companies such as GWSSB and RNIB.

Here at TIGERS he is responsible for the trainers, designing the training programmes, pulling together customised awards, and the resources of the training suites. Clive makes sure that they all meet the standards expected by our clients/learners.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a member of the Institute of Verifiers and Assessors.
